人力资源管理专业成立于2002年,2022年成功获批江苏省一流本科专业,2024年批准建设江苏省科技创新智库基地紫金组织与人才风险管理研究院,是学校工商管理博士点申报和江苏省工商管理优势团队建设的支撑专业。在2023软科中国最好专业排名中,人力资源管理专业被评级为A,位居前11%。现有专任教师11名,其中正高3名,副高4名,讲师4名,博士学位率超过91%

  本专业每年均有数位员工考取南京大学、华东师范大学等知名高校的研究生;申请到英国布里斯托大学、利兹大学、澳大利亚莫纳什大学等高校的研究生。均顺利完成学业及进入政府部门、高校等事业单位及大中型国企外企从事人力资源管理相关工作。其中,大部分毕业生在3-5年内成为业务骨干或主管,用人单位总体满意度稳定在97.2%左右,本专业员工就业后的多家企业主动与我们联系,表示愿意长期为专业员工提供工作机会。

    


The Introduction to Human Resource Management Major 

  The Human Resource Management major was established in 2002 and was successfully approved as a first-class undergraduate program in Jiangsu Province in 2022. In 2024, it was approved to establish the Zijin Organization and Talent Risk Management Research Institute as a base for Jiangsu Province's scientific and technological innovation think tank. It is a supporting major for the university's application for a doctoral program in business administration and the construction of Jiangsu Province's advantageous discipline in business administration. In the 2023 Soft Science China's Best Major Ranking, the Human Resource Management major was rated as A, ranking in the top 11%. Currently, there are 11 full-time teachers, including 3 professors, 4 associate professors, and 4 lecturers, with a doctoral degree rate exceeding 91%.

  This major takes the cultivation of virtue and talent as its foundation, adheres to the mission of refined management and good governance, and the spirit of the school's motto integrating the way and the technique, and promoting commercial governance. It is oriented towards serving the audit industry, economic security, and national governance. It is rooted in the needs of national and regional economic and social development, based on the forefront of the discipline, integrating the university's advantages and characteristics, drawing on the essence of traditional culture, and integrating the achievements of the development of new technologies and new business forms. It cultivates compound, technological, professional, and international middle and senior human resource management talents needed by government sectors, finance, manufacturing, services, and other industries, who can adapt to the digital economy era, have a sense of national and international perspective, practical spirit, and humanistic literacy.

  1.An integrated discipline training system. Committed to cultivating human resource management, corporate practice, finance and taxation and other interwoven compound talents, emphasizing the edification and training in humanistic science literacy, natural science thinking, and engineering scientific methodology. It aims to shift from personnel assistance in the industry to consulting and leadership in management, fulfilling the mission of refined management and good governance.

  2.An industry-education integrated platform for talent cultivation. The major has established industry-university-research cooperation bases or projects in the fields of finance, digital technology, and human resource services, creating a systematic platform for talent cultivation.

  3.Teaching and research are oriented towards serving the audit industry, economic security, and national governance. The major focuses on enhancing students' research capabilities and practical problem-solving skills in the areas of human resource risk management, organizational governance, and compliance auditing.

Employment and Further Education

  This major sees several students each year who are admitted to graduate schools of renowned universities such as Nanjing University and East China Normal University; they also apply for and secure places in graduate programs at universities abroad like the University of Bristol in the UK, the University of Leeds, and Monash University in Australia. All of them successfully complete their studies and proceed to work in government departments, universities, and other public institutions, as well as in large and medium-sized state-owned and foreign enterprises in the field of human resource management. The majority of graduates become key personnel or supervisors within 3-5 years. The overall satisfaction of employing units remains around 97.2%. After the students are employed, many enterprises have proactively contacted us, expressing their willingness to provide long-term job opportunities for students of this major.
